it's quite frustrating trying to get help from the helpline all morning staff have not been able to log onto tapestry and upload or work on tapestry so frustrating l have sent emails and no one is getting back what a day. anyone know another way of getting to them to help>:(

I'm sorry to hear you are having problems logging in to Tapestry.

We don't offer telephone support as part of a Tapestry subscription, as this is one of the ways of keeping the cost as low as possible.

In terms of our responses to emails, we do try and answer these as quickly as we can and we normally respond within a couple of hours. I've just had a look and I believe one of my colleagues has just replied to your email, is this is the case?
