finleysmaid
Ok confused.com!! Why would the assessments on the tracking not be correct when I start a report? even if I have ensured they are either complete or manually over written before I start????? So for instance I have a child who is 40-60 E OR D for most thing but the new report ive started is saying 30-50 emerging!!!!! Anyone any idea??? finleysmaid
Just to clarify the snapshots are correct but the agebanding on the report is not.
EmilyTapestrySupport
Hi finleysmaid, The assessments that are used within the reports section are taken from the 'latest age bands' screen. What this screen does is show you a child's most recent summative assessment and if there isn't one for an aspect in the term you are currently in, it pulls one through from the term with the most recent summative assessment in. With the summative assessment you are looking at that you are not seeing on the report, is this for your current term and do you have any gaps here? Best wishes, Emily
finleysmaid
thanks for the answer Emily (sorry PTA meeting last night!) SO does the age band screen 'pick up' overridden summative assessments? the child in question had a full line of assessments on the summative screen some of which were overridden.? EmilyTapestrySupport
Hi finleysmaid, That's okay! Do you mind clarifying exactly what screen you are looking at where you are not seeing the correct summative assessments for a child?
