Lorna Posted March 19, 2006 Posted March 19, 2006 Hi I have read the discussions on the topic of transport and taken on board some of the lovely ideas. I have one more question as we are reallly struggling to find suitable books for use during literacy. Please can you give me any suggestions of transport realted books that you have used. Thanks in advance L
Posy Posted March 19, 2006 Posted March 19, 2006 Hi Lorna, don't know if any of these will help: Mr Gumpy's Outing Fix it Duck The Little Green Train (there are several in this series and while I don't think they are very good for reading aloud, the pictures are very busy, loads going on and the children get a lot from them individually) The Train Ride Oi! Get Off Our Train Who Sank the Boat Flashing Fire Engines We've got a series of non fiction books called 'What's Inside?' Barb
