Alice87
We have become aware of an issue with the care diary from a lot of parents commenting they can't see parts of the care diary. We have now noticed that for each entry for each child we have to permit relative access and then notify. As you can imagine doing this for every entry is very time consuming!! Is there anyway that are can permit relative access for the whole day instead of doing it for each entry. If not we are seriously considering not using the care diary due to the time this takes. thank you
FSFRebecca
Hello Alice, Yes, it is possible to have continual access for parents - you do this from the Care Diary set up page in the Control Panel. If you go to Control Panel > Settings > Care Diary you can choose how you like parents to be notified. This is the screen you are looking for: When you are looking at this on your screen you will be able to click the little 'i' icons and there will be an explanation of the differences between each one. From what you are saying, you need only the first 2 boxes checked. Hope that helps
