I do't mean what people have / have not elected to do as a judgement call. But any specific published rules? I know some places cover faces of other chn. We use picture collage a lot for images and have many chn in the photos. I have never been told there is an issue/rules, but a new member of staff said we shouldn't be doing this so I want t check.
