Lauren Posted July 21, 2017 Share Posted July 21, 2017 Up to now when you exported a PDF copy of a child's journal, it would only have been available to download for 7 days; after that time it would disappear and you'd need to export it again if you hadn't already downloaded it. Now however, staff and relatives will have 28 days to download them. This also applies to existing exports, so for example, if the PDF was created 6 days ago, it will still have 22 days left before it disappears.
