You can create their journal as a PDF and make them available for parents / receiving schools to download. The tutorials to look at are the following: #35 (which will help you/parents download the media files from the journals) #38 (which will show you how to get the journal into PDF format) #79 (which will help parents download the journal) Tapestry tutorials If you want to include assessments for the new schools you can download and print the journal yourself - including the assessments. if you want to generate another PDF for parents you can follow the same process and exclude the assessments if that's what you need to do.
