Hi,

I was wondering about renewal of your tapestry subscription, do you lose all the children when you renew or do they stay? What happens when the children go on to school do they stay on your system or do they disappear?

Any help greatly appreciated

Thanks

Nat

Hi Nat

You do not lose the children when you renew, when you renew we update the expiry date of your existing account for a further year and all the data contained remains unchanged.

At the end of the academic year you will need to sort out the children leaving you so that you can make room for the new cohort coming in.

These tutorials explain what to do with the old cohort:

Look at numbers 51 through to 61

Do ask if you have any further questions once you have read them ::1a

Hi Sixpence63,

Could you make sure they haven't been made inactive or deleted from your account? You can do this by going to the control panel -> manage children, then click where it says 'filter & sort children'. From the 'status' drop-down could you then select 'inactive' and press submit. If you don't see the children there could you try this again, but this time selecting 'awaiting deletion' from the status drop-down.

Do you see the children in either of these places?
