brightstarspreschool Posted April 4, 2017 Posted April 4, 2017 Quite a few of our parents have said that they haven't received their welcome emails. I've asked them to check junk file etc. , checked we have the correct addresses and explained that the email would be from tapestry and not our setting email as this tripped a few up and they deleted it. Is there a way to resend the info? Thanks in advance! Quote
