I haven't had time to really look through it, but it has food planning according to food groups, menus, dietary needs, special needs, involving parents ....

The thing is Peggy there is a real worry about overweight children in Scotland so this is a much needed document. Trying to change the alarming trends that are appearing in teenagers and even younger children. :o
