To find an inactive parent on your account you just need to go to the 'Manage Relatives' page on the Control Panel and click on the 'Filter & Sort Relatives' link at the top of the page. From that pop-up box you will need to select 'inactive' from the Status drop-down list and then press submit. This will give you a list of all your inactive relatives, to make just one relative active you can click on the cog button at the end of the row and select 'make active'. If you have several relatives that you want to make active you just need to select their names from the tick-boxes at the end of the rows and from the pop-up box in the bottom right hand corner, select 'make active' and press go.
