I have allocated the children to staff. Am I missing something? Also can staff add in the childrens details by the app or do I have to do this? FSFRebecca Posted December 2, 2016 Share Posted December 2, 2016 Hello, Staff can log into the browser version and choose 'edit preferences' (top right by their name) they can then choose to see only their key children or all the children, which ever they choose. They can swap this preference often to match the 'day' so if they are only working with their key children they can choose 'see only key children' but if it is a day where they might ant to do and observation of any children they can select to 'see all children'. They need to do this individually on the browser and then the choices will come through onto the app. - we will also be adding more filters to the app soon. You can only edit children's details on the browser version - the app is purely for observations - it is deliberating kept simple so that you can do this quickly.
