I currently have the trial version and have downloaded the app onto my own iPhone to see how it works on a tablet. What concerns me is that staff could easily download the app, log in to their own account and have access to their key children's photos. My experience over the years is that staff are not allowed to take learning journeys home etc. How do you deal with the safeguarding aspects? Does anybody have policies in place? Quote
FSFRebecca Posted November 2, 2016 Posted November 2, 2016 Have you downloaded the Tapestry Protocol document - we go into all these issues in it. You can download it here. If you set staff up as PIN only they will not be able to log in at home because both the browser and the app need an email log in to get going. There are plenty of resources in the resources library here . You can use and adapt anything to suit your setting. Quote
