Adding files?

I am trying to add the newsletter as a file. Is this possible? How would I add a word document as a file please?

 

Thanks, sorry if this has already been asked, but I couldn't find it on tutorials.

There are a few ways of doing this - you can attach a newsletter in an observation (new observation, select all children) but you would need to either make it an image (scan it and save as jpeg file) or export it to a programme like Paint and save it as a picture file - then you would be able to upload it as an image (as if it were a photograph). Alternatively, you could copy the text of the newsletter and drop it into the observation text box (but this wouldn't copy the formatting of your newsletter).
