FSFRebecca Posted August 31, 2016 Share Posted August 31, 2016 Hi YoungSussex, well done on making your first post! You have to choose either 'all staff' can publish obs or 'no staff'. The way round this would be for you to give certain staff Management level access - this would mean they could publish their own obs and also approve the obs of others. Some settings give room leaders this level of access. As a manager yourself you would still be able to see who had approved /published obs by looking at the 'events' tab on your control panel.
