Planning for funded Two Year Olds

Hello,

 

I work in a primary school which offers funded places to 2 year old children in a separate classroom attached to 3-4 nursery.

 

My team and I are hoping to improve our weekly planning format and wondered if anybody could possibly share theirs or give some advice. We know our children really well and do provide some great activities but I struggle getting it down onto paper in a legible format.

 

Also I am under the impression that medium term planning is not appropriate for 2 year olds. Am I mistaken?
