The ideal candidate should be highly motivated of a friendly, calm and patient nature. A good team player with a flexible approach and able to use their initiative. Have the ability to communication effectively with good interpersonal and leadership skills. Be able to demonstrate good organisational skills. You will need to have a caring and positive attitude, and experience of working with children under 5, and work in partnership with parents, carers and other professionals. Hours of work are 37.5 a week between our opening hours are Monday to Friday 730am-6pm, throughout the year (closed 1 week at Christmas) You will need to be qualified to a minimum of Level 3. The position requires an enhanced DBS check and references..
