starsdance Posted November 4, 2015 Share Posted November 4, 2015 When we had folders I had the development matters printed off and attached to the front and back and asked the practitioners to highlight the sections following any observation they had done. This way I could just pick a folder up, flip out the charts and see what observations needed doing and any areas that we needed to get onto the planning. Hope this helps.
