Interview help

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone had some advise they could give me. I have a job interview next week for a trainers role and have been asked to do a 15 minutes presentation Miro teach on the following topic:

'describe the developmental differences of children in different age groups'

I just wanted to make sure I have the topic clear in my head and have interpreted it correctly. Would you have I do the presentation talk about children in two different ages bands but explain that each child is unique/ differences in development etc. So for example Jack could be walking at 11 months but might not till 14 months and then talk about some of the reason's why.

Thanks for your help in advance and sorry some of its in bold my IT fail and it won't let me change it.

Hi Chez, good luck with your interview.

I am a little confused by your question but would think you would be on the right track, if I understand you correctly.

Thanks for your reply. I was a little confused too. All the letter said was to a presentation on the following topic 'describe the developmental differences of children in different age bands'.

I knew some people on here might be able help.:-)

Or could it be for how children develop through their childhood - eg physical development - what ages they are holding head up, rolling, crawling, walking etc. Maybe the topic is deliberately 'vague' to see how applicants interpret it??? Sorry if I have added confusion. Good Luck! Let us all know how it goes.
