Perhaps a video of an observation that staff could all watch and decide where this best fits eg 30 -50 months etc. Any ideas of resources?? I have used videos which we watch together then discuss what our main focus would be and what age band they would select. It has brought up some interesting discussions and great reflection. It has also highlighted that more training is required in this area. I also talk through observations with some on a one to one basis, when I feel the need.
