Online Preschool/Nursery daily register

do you use an online tool for daily registers? If so, what do you use? Is one better than another?! Thanks in advance.

Katie I'd like to know aswell.

I have commissioned a database which is just about to go live and I as I have tablets for Tapesrty use I thought I could use them for registers.

My paper registers contain a sheet with all children's names addresses dob parents names.

As the tablet will be able to access this info I don't think that I need a specific document for these details?

Not sure that makes sense to anyone but if you use a computerised register could you explain how it works.
