I am rather confused as to the amount each should contain. Should long term show aspects will be covered in each topic? medium plans show what will be covered each week or just have ideas for the areas of learning ? where should key questions be? Also, QCA produced a guidance publication in 2001 called "Planning for learning in the foundation stage" which has some examples. You may like to try this site first: Norfolk plans I use a similar approach to the Norfolk plans, but I don't put half as much detail in. I keep detail for my short term plans.
