Guest Posted November 17, 2005 Share Posted November 17, 2005 Evening all, We're doing the jolly christmas postman next week as our Shared text and I'm after some fab ideas for writing (focused and independent) if anyone has any to share please. Guest Posted November 17, 2005 Share Posted November 17, 2005 We have an activity which may not be what you are looking for but our children enjoy, Place a number of boxes around the room, using different fonts type up some envelopes with an address on them, put one copy onto the box and children take a set of envelopes and post them in the correst box. Guest Posted November 19, 2005 Share Posted November 19, 2005 Hi i did this text last year, put a post box in the office with pretend stamps made from gum paper, envelopes, writing paper and key words. children love writing with a purpose!!
