We are one of many I think that have fallen foul of this company whom we paid to put one of our team through level 4 assessor qualification but who took our money, didn't register her, and failed to finish assessing her portfolio. Has anyone else had a similar experience and have you had any joy getting hold of them, getting money back, or any thing positive at all?

No they approached us about training- very pushy I found.

A real cold-caller 'salesman type person phoned us and pushed for an appointment. - On the day the salesman really didn't seem to understand the word 'no thank-you' and was annoyed that we didn't want to use their services, implying that 'I' had wasted 'his' time, I did keep reminding him he (they) wanted the appointment and was actually wasting my time!!!

We still keep getting calls/emails, even though I ask to be removed from list.
