You will need to have a caring and positive attitude, experience of leading and motivating staff and of working with children under 5. You will need to be a good communicator and team player and be able to forge professional relationships with colleagues and parents. You will be required to stand in for the manager in her absence and lead the team in an effective and organised manner. You will be room based operating within a free flow routine. You must be able to plan exciting activities whilst maintaining a safe secure and caring environment. It is essential that you have a sound knowledge of the EYFS and how to implement this into practice. Hours of work are 37.5 a week within our opening hours.
