Guest Spiral
I am re-writing my Deputy's job description (with my deputy), but we were wondering what are your most valuable aspects in a job description? For instance, is it sufficient to state that one of the aims is "to implement the EYFS 2012 Statutory Framework and subsequent changes"...or should this be expanded upon a bit more ....and if so, how? Thank you, Spiral :-)
Guest
I think I would try to avoid referring to any specific document as it does not date, and try to say something like: 'to assist the Manager in ensuring that the requirements of any regulations are implemented'. MarshaD
I have a couple of draft job descriptions you can refer to. I'm away on hol at present but could email to you next week if not too late. Edited April 15, 2014 by MarshaD
