Training Mentor

Hi everyone.

 

Ive recently been appointed as training mentor at my setting, to support all staff members involved in training of any sort: apprenticeships, level 5, team management, anything really.

 

ive asked my mentees how they think i can support them, and have introduced myself to their training assessor who visits the setting regulary.

 

 

just wondering if anybody has any hints, tips or words of wisdom really.
