Guest
Hi , just wondering if anyone has a proforma that they use for parents' meetings. I'm thinking about having some sort of sheet that the staff can use to plan what they will talk about, strengths and any concerns etc plus a space to record what the parents say. Does anyone have anything like that they'd be willing to share to save me creating one from scratch? many thanks
Guest
I've used the transition profile that is completed when the children leave the setting to go to school. It's got everything you need on it.
Guest
We have our termly summaries to share with the parents. This has a space for each learning area (it shows which band they are working in too and I write S for secure or D for developing, etc by the ringed band), for the characteristics of learning, for next steps to support learning and a space for parents comments. Some parents may not write in the comment box and if they said something to me that I felt was valuable I would note it somewhere! Not on that sheet though! The termly summary sheets were shared on this wonderful sight somewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
