Guest Posted July 9, 2013 Posted July 9, 2013 Hi everybody I am currently working on a photographic presentation of the children leaving school (photos taken over the last term) The presentation will be taking place while parents are arriving for our farewell gathering. I am looking for a song to play in the background that will have meaning for our families and children. My colleague and I were thinking (Proud - MPeople/Heather Small) however, we are a little older than many of our families , and I am worried this may not mean as much to our parents if they do not know the song! Does anybody have any suggestions of a song or 2 that may be a little more current. Thank you Mel Quote
apple Posted July 9, 2013 Posted July 9, 2013 It's not current but has a lovely sentiment - Sarah Brightman and Andrea Bochelli's Time to Say Goodbye or The Spice Girls - Goodbye my Friend both will get them reaching for the hankies! Also Take That's Never Forget Where you're Coming from Quote

TapestryMatt Posted July 12, 2013 Posted July 12, 2013 I think you're just trying to get the parents to cry! I remember collecting my son from his last ever pre-school session. It was hard enough without an emotional soundtrack! 1 Quote
