Performance Management

Hi

Does anyone have any experience if performance management?

I need to undertake this to monitor a staff members performance but going to use same format to record learning and development for all staff across setting to make it fair.

I have never done these before and just want an effective process that will work and will provide documentation of the support being offered as well as showing what they should have done but have no idea where to start with format x

I use the CWDC induction standards.....even though your staff are not inductees it does refresh their knowledge each time there is a legislative change. It is a big booklet but very thorough.

Your input is recorded along the way.....have a look....it may be for you....maybe not.

I have also used caregiver interaction scales for peer assessment.....a little controversial for some but again it maybe what you are looking for.
