Year 2 - resolving conflict - can you help?

Hi All

I have an interview on Monday and have just been told I'm teaching Year 2 for 45 mins, PSHE, resolving conflict theme. Does anyone have any super ideas of things they have done? I thought about starting with some clearly fair/unfair scenarios and then moving onto ones that are a little less clear cut to prompt discussion but I'm not really sure! Any good stories for this?

Have you tried a google search or looked at the SEAL documents?

do they know what 'resolve' and 'conflict' mean? Could this be a starting point? Get them to give examples of conflict - brainstorm ideas etc.

Why not get them talking about how they solve conflicts - what do they do, how do they make sure it's fair....then you can give some scenarios for discussion which may have a less definite outcome?

Thank you all! Reception is really my bag so this was a bit of a challenge! Have now planned using SEAL with some fair/unfair and less obvious ones too. Thanks for the responses - knew here would be the best place to ask!
