Continuous provision HELP needed

I am from a private day nursery and am wondering if anyone could tell me if we have to have a continuous provision sheet up for the staff to write in everyday, would ask my key worker but never get a straight answer thought I would try here as staff are struggling with the one we have and are complaining that they is not enough hours to fill everything in

We don't, we have cp sheets in diff areas showing enhancements that could be used, and we have a section on planning sheet to record if any changes/ enhancements were made to planned activities

I have a c.p. sheet that i complete the week before, it is a working document but i would not expect my staff to complete it but add to it if neccessary

Suer do your staff have no Imput at all in the CP sheets?
