Please can anyone suggest any online training that they may have used for the above topics for all my staff and myself to do. I need to find a cheap way to train us all in these two subjects. We only need the basic courses and I have looked online but so many my head hurts could do with some advice please.

Could you speak to your authority to see if tgey can offer training. Because we lift many of our children etc we have yearly training from someone in the authority.

If you are in the East Riding of Yorkshire your EYA or FISH will tell you abput any courses planned. I know they regularly do Manaul Handling courses and intro to H & S. Fortunately I have Nebosh qualifications so provide in house training for my staff.

Are you registered/a member with the PLA ? They are offering free and reduced price training for all settings - and for a small price I think you can buy the Health and Safety and Manual handling - and five free courses for all staff to do including child protection and an introduction to the revised EYFS. They are good courses .
