Planning For A Unit

Hi, in September I am going to be running a FS unit, and I am confused as to how I should plan. I need to differentiate between F1 and F2, and also produce a timetable - but its so complicated. I was thinking of making a vague sort of timetable and seeing how things develop. My theme is Goldilocks and the 3 bears. Anyone got any good FS unit planning?
