laura Posted September 5, 2012 Share Posted September 5, 2012 Does anyone have 3 performance management targets per TERM? new head so new things being introduced, also 3 observations a year, plus unannounced ones. I thought that was the norm? 1 obs per term seems reasonable to me too but then again I work full time, I don't know what applies for part-time? Maybe talk to your union rep? I know performance management is changing and will check it out if I can.
