Guest Posted September 2, 2012 Share Posted September 2, 2012 As long as you've met your performance management targets and have demonstrated throughout the year that you have beenperforming at ups2 and some of ups 3 you shouldn't need to write a statement.but if you do look up teaching standards for upper pay scale and there should be info on what you should be working at.
