hi i am in the middle of writing my personal statement but I am struggling to find any guidance on what needs to be covered. Has any one got any examples of personal statements for the threshold or know any good websites that will help me???

I understood that this should be an automatic progression after 2 successful rounds of PM after or at M6.

As long as you've met your performance management targets and have demonstrated throughout the year that you have beenperforming at ups2 and some of ups 3 you shouldn't need to write a statement.but if you do look up teaching standards for upper pay scale and there should be info on what you should be working at.
