How Do You Promote Inclusive Practice And Equal Opps

I am in my second semster of my Foundation Degree and am struggling to put together 1500 word equivalent on how I promote Inclusive Practice and Equal Opps and recognising my own feelings and emotions and those of others?

 

Anyone help me with where to start - being 8 months pregnant isn't helping the brain at the moment.
