Guest Posted February 4, 2012 Share Posted February 4, 2012 Hi all, After spending a year covering a manager's maternity leave in a preschool that is part of a school but not yet a FSU...my contract is coming to an end so been job hunting. Next week now have 2 interviews lined up, and the one I think I want is in a newly forming FSU in a village school. I have been line-managed by the Reception teacher in my revent position and done some cross-planning which will be useful experience. There is no request to lead an activity, so it will be an interview with the Head and governors/commitee I think. Any advice?? I have read the Ofsted (which was good)...they have had an interim assessment but will be due anytime from the summer term. Many thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
