Guest
Our EAZ has funded artists( a band and a dancer/mask maker) to visit school, at quite short notice. Does anyone have story suggestions for the week? (or any other suggestions on the theme, come to that?) Thanks.

catma
Think its Nini not nina,it's a good idea though. there are some good stories by joanna troughton that are retellings of traditional tales, my personal favourite is Tortoises dream, where tortoise dreams of and eventually finds the omumbo rombonga tree - but not before the other animals have tried and failed!! Guest
Lucky thing - its always lovely having others in. We made canoes and oars out of very big, long boxes and canoed down the Amazon - we had some South Anerican pan pipe, jungle type music (best I can describe it) with a second tape playing simultaneously of animal sounds - you know the one you get with animal lotto type games. Perhaps parents may have some blow up boats you could use as well. Apart from that don't have much to offer - sorry Nikki
