Hi everyone

Please could you tell me what you have in your emergency evacuation log/fire log book? Or does someone have a sheet or log book they could share?

Hi. We just show Date,

Time,

How many children and adults present,

Time taken for evacuation.

Reason for evacuation

We then have a tick list to confirm that

All rooms checked,

Register and phone taken out

Register checked.

And any problems noted.

Any other information is shown in our fire safety and evacuation policy.
