Guest Spiral
I'm currently updating Ofsted of the changes to my committee - however, nothing goes smoothly. one committee member is changing their role - do I therefore put them on the ey3 form as a leaver or joiner? I have more joiners than there are spaces on the form - any thoughts? Sorry, big headache so I'm needing help today to get through! Guest Spiral
Just to update; phoned ofsted. They said attaching an extra printed out sheet is fine for extra members. Also, they stated that as I am the nominated person, there is no need to update them on people changing roles, just joining or leaving. They aren't interested in who does what as the responsibility for communication comes down to me. Phew! Headache's better now, Spiral. eyfs1966
My advice is to keep copies of all EY3's as my experience is that Ofsted are dreadful at updating their records and it can be helpful to prove that you have done all the notifying as required!!
