We are attached to a school that has just received a letter to say given that on the lat 3 occassions they have been outsatanding they will not be inspected unless a complaint is received or results drop. Scarlettangel Posted May 12, 2011 Share Posted May 12, 2011 Hi our private provision (lunch club, private nursery and after school club) were inspected in May 2008, with lots of out standings and the rest goods. In September 2008 inspection rules changed and so then we were inspected with the school in February 2009 as part of the whole school inspection! I don't know if after school clubs are done entirely separately any more. Is yours run by the school? If run by school I expect you will get done with school, as a separate entity but on school grounds the inspection rules may differ! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Guest Posted May 16, 2011 Share Posted May 16, 2011 Our breakfast and after school club is private but on the school side. Last inspection was in 2008 as well as school, the same year. Both marked at good. I just passed my suitable person interview. Ofsted women was very in depth. Asked a lot of questions, looked through paperwork, stayed on the session. She was pleased, had approaching and helpful attitude. Did not mention anything about inspection. Wondering if we will have one? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
