becsltd
Hi there I have just had confirmation that my deputy manager will not be returning following her maternity leave. So, I would like to appoint the temporary deputy manager into an official deputy manager! Does anybody know whether I need to declare this to Ofsted and whether we need to complete any paperwork like the EY2?? Any advice is appreciated
Inge
No.. up to you who you appoint.. so long as they have all the current checks, for employment and you consider them suitable for the post..it is the settings responsibility to do all the checks. Guest
We have recently promoted one of our staff to deputy and were told by our PDO that we did have to let Ofsted know. Rachel
