Idea's For New Building Please

We are moving into a new building where we are going to create two corners, one for our two year olds and one for 3-4 year olds. There will also be lots of mixed play during the day. One corner we are going to buy low levels units that we can then turn into a home corner/vets/doctor etc. the other corner we were thinking of making more sensory but are struggling as the building is very light with lots of windows. We have a small dark den, thought about hanging materials, light box and light tube etc but what else could we put in there. Any help would be appreciated.

We are in the process of a new build too! and are in temporary accomodation at the mo.

 

What about the vtec digital cameras and ict equipment for the older ones , we have just got one of these and our kids love it when yuou download the photos they have taken and print them off. also childf friendly CD players etc.
