Ks1 Assembly On The Value Forgiveness

Hi can anyone recommend any stories that they have used that I could base a whole school assembly on around forgiveness? Doesn't need to be a religious story.

Well - these are Bible stories, but, Joseph and his coat of many colours (Joseph forgives his brothers); the Prodigal son. Can't think of any children's stories at the moment, but I'm sure there will be something. Is there nothing in SEAL? Haven't got my decument at home so can't check.

Barnabas in Schools does whole schools values assemblies - they have one on forgiveness - hope this helps!
