Guest Posted January 18, 2011 Share Posted January 18, 2011 if you've submitted it then Capita will send it on to the CRB, and it should soon say that the CRB are processing it. I think if you click on the processing bit (once it shows) it takes you directly to the CRB website to track the application (shows which bit they have got to). CRB inform Capita who send you an email that has an issue number and 'clear' or otherwise. Whoever the CRB check is for will still get the paper disclosure certificate and they should bring it in for you to check issue date/disclosure number. Posted January 18, 2011 Share Posted January 18, 2011 ...once the check is completed you get an email to let you know saying "clear" you can then go online to you "control panel" and print off a copy or make a note of the number. Guest Posted January 19, 2011 Share Posted January 19, 2011 I have asked capita 3 times to do online checks without them sending me any info. Is it easier to do? Is it worth me calling a gain.
