Do any of you do a review or mini appraisal after this time? I have a massive appraisal form but was after something a bit more less detailed. Can anyone help me out (again!) Thanks! I have been at my setting since September so about to have my 3 month meeting at the end of the probationary period. Not sure whether it will just be a chat to see how I'm getting on and if they are happy with me or whether there will be a form but if there is I will ask permission and post it after my meeting.
