I am very lucky (I think, ummmmm not so sure now!) that I have a design and technology lead teacher coming to work with the children for about 5 weeks, 1 morning per week. She has never done anything with reception before (thought she was coming to work with yr5/6 s she teaches KS4) and has asked for some ideas. I thought it would be nice to do something that the children can work on over these weeks that will be ready for christmas - but Im struggling to think of something really. She is only going to work with small groups at a time - which is good obviously because that means they will have good support. But I really am not sure. Any ideas at all gratefully welcome!
