fairydollpink
Hi I need to pick your expert brains and hope someone can help. I am currently recruiting a new preschool assistant and am about to invite candidates for interviews BUT have never done this before and have no idea what to ask them. Would anyone be so kind and give me some examples of what you ask when interviewing?
Inge
Have a look in the resources section, under organisation, staffing and employment.. there is a document called PRESCHOOL INTERVIEW QUESTIONS this may make a good starting point... think it is pre eyfs but could be adapted to include it..
